Virtual Regatta started in 2010 as a small team of passionate designers, engineers, and entrepreneurs gathered around the idea that virtual sailing sports games can mix with real races and real skippers. Our R&D has brought us to release the most popular sailing games in the world with more than one million players each year.
And now, Virtual Regatta is an exclusive partner of the “World Sailing” federation and of the “eSailing World Championship” the most renowned sailing eSport competition through the world. Our product empowers people to take an active part in the most famous regatta across the world (Vendée Globe, Route du Rhum, Sydney Hobart, The Ocean Race, America’s Cup…)

A Passionate Team
We’re led by a team who constantly questions, tinkers, and challenges to unlock great creativity around every turn. We currently employ 15+ full-time staff in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, ten minutes far from Paris.
Philippe - Founder
French former pro-sailor and Internet pioneer. He won several national and international sailing competitions.
Tom - Project Manager
Former profesionnal seafarer and navigator, he sailed the seven seas behind the chart table of a French Navy submarine.
Christophe - C.T.O
Passionate about strategy games and complex algorithms, he dreams about electric sheeps and thinks with a distributed brain.
Eric - Developper
He started to study algorithms before computer science even exists. He is militantly in favour of a bug-proof world.
